1. Shipping
Order Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on destination:
Italy: 2-5 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
International: 10-15 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and total weight of the package.
Shipping Tracking
After sending your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please use the link provided to follow the status of your package.
Customs and International Taxes
For international shipments, any customs fees and charges are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to check the customs regulations of your country to find out about any additional costs.
2. Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The products must be:
Unused and in perfect condition.
With tags and original packaging.
How to Make a Return
Contact us at supporto@panenka.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
You will receive return instructions and the address to send the package to.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send you a confirmation and process the refund or exchange.
Return Costs
The shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order. In these cases, we will cover the shipping costs.
Refunds
The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and verification of the return. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your account.
Customized Items
Customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@panenka.com with a photo of the defect and your order number. We will replace or refund the product based on your preference.
